So what’s so special about this glistening red beauty?
Firstly, she comes from good stock. No other than the infamous coffee machine gods, La Marzocco. Secondly, for coffee lovers, she makes perfect coffee.
She’s called the FB80. She’s the Ferrari of coffee machines, created for the 2006 Barista World Championships to mark the 80th anniversary of La Marzocco.
So you’ve probably gathered we’re in love with her but what does it mean to you?
It's just so reliable.. like a VW but with the looks and occasional unreliability of a Ferrari..we love it all the same..the steam wands are a delight.. gently steaming the milk to the desired consistency.. the dual boilers ensuring the espresso is always extracted at the perfect temperature..
