The Boss. Wearing a million hats at once, I do my best. I’m lucky enough to have nurtured the most amazing people to work with me and despite all the challenges we’ve faced I’m just so lucky to have these guys. We/I am NOTHING without the guys that set their alarms for 05:30 and get to work at ridiculous o’clock to represent me.

When not worrying about something you’ll find me with my little black lab Indie walking somewhere miles from anywhere. Time out keeps me going. I love a cheeky Holiday but still struggling to keep up with Sol!

LOVE THE GOAT. It’s my legacy and my proudest achievement. The community, the people, the friends. All as a result of the GOAT. Thank you one and all. 

Alex. The Stalwart - Loyal, reliable, and hard-working.

Probably our longest standing member of staff and for sure one of our snappiest dressers out of work mode. All the way from Romania, we’ve nearly integrated into him into GOAT ways and he’s now busting out a joke or two! It's like he’s been here all his life! Very grateful to him and his immense dependability. 

A Legend.

Sadly Alex leaves us at the end of April, but the good news is that the ever-reliable Tam will be stepping up to take his place.

Middle name ‘Maria del Carmen’ (she'll hate us for telling you this.)

One of our newest members of the team - working across all sites, Amy has deservedly won the title ’teachers pet’ for her ability with Canva and generally providing IT/admin support to the boss. Amy is an amazing cook - her speciality being homemade tiramisu!

If you ask nicely she may even bang out a few tunes on her guitar.

Proper Goat Girl. A lion in disguise.

We all need a Darren.

Those guns aren’t just for show! Again, you’ll see him occasionally in G2 but his heart belongs to HQ. A talented Visual Operator outside of GOATworld, he’s been leading the charge on the bangin’ tunes in HQ every morning!

Ellie. Capable. Strong. Amazing.

Catch her on a good day and you’ll feel all warm and cosy inside. If anyone annoys her though... be ready, she doesn’t suffer fools! A pro dancer back in the day, we’re super lucky to have her and sure she’ll be around a while... unless we annoy her. 

If you can pronounce her name correctly, you’re on a sure footing (/N-eev).

Our headline Barista at G2 she bangs out the brews with confidence and ease. A Wareham girl, she’s heavily involved with cricket, hockey and netball and plays regularly on weekends for Swanage, Wareham and Lytchett, which is why we don’t often see her on a Saturday. 

Good Ol' Sol. Our rock.

Only just 21, this boy rocks an awesome coffee and someone we rely on when the Boss is ‘occasionally’ away! In fact Sol is away more than most and seems to have unlimited holiday so make sure you make the most of seeing him. In his spare time if he’s not on holiday he’ll be asleep, drinking, or at the gym. 

Our Resident Aussie. All the way from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.

True love keeps her here for the moment but alas she’ll return to sunnier climes in time. Always a smile and some cheek, she’s a little beam of light to the GOAT and works across all stores.

If you see her, ask about her Rodeo skills... yep. You heard it. This girl rides Rodeo. An Aussie through and through. Great fun and we’re grateful to have her, however short term. 

Perhaps the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet.

No lead, no collar. By our side and our biggest fan. We try to keep her out the kitchens but she has a strong love of chicken and ham!

If you see her, don’t feed her. Love her and cuddle her. Ask her how her day's going with Daddy but PLEASE don’t feed her. We’ve been told!
